After the two peaceful music selections, you will hear the sound of ocean waves mixed with STS brainwave resonant sounds. These embedded sounds are a noninvasive way to allow your body and brain to fall into a relaxing, peaceful, calm state.The sounds and music help you gradually glide down from a low beta state through alpha into theta and finally to delta state. In order to create the expansive ocean background we utilize over seven layers of ocean waves recorded at various special locations around the world as well as pink and white noise, dynamic compression, equalization, and special effects.
This audio download can be used to assist in creating a relaxing and peaceful Brain, Body, Mind environment which is conducive to better sleep. This sleep program was carefully recorded and tested with real people before finalizing the series.
Using Your STS Better Sleep Program
We hope you enjoy this series and feel that it is useful in aiding you to achieve a peaceful and deep sleep. In order to receive the highest effectiveness we recommend placing the speakers on either side of the bed to create a stereo sound. Use a CD or MP3 player that will stop after completion of the recording so you can just proceed into sleep.
