Dr. Hew Len’s Ho’oponopono Movement of Mental Healing

Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len is a man who doesn’t sit back and wait for good things to happen. He gets involved. Since 1983, Dr. Hew Len has been teaching the world about ho’oponopono, a practice that helps release us from the burdens placed upon us as well as the burdens we place upon ourselves. Dr. Len was a student of Morrnah Simeona who adapted the traditional ho’oponopono practices and beliefs to apply them to the modern era. After her passing, Dr. Len continued teaching ho’oponopono, but expanded upon Simeona’s vision as he worked together with Joe Vitale to write the book Zero Limits.

Dr. Hew Len spent three years working as a consulting clinical psychologist in Hawaii and successfully helped patients at the hospital find peace and forgiveness by using ho’oponopono. Throughout his career using ho’oponopono, Dr. Len has been able to create a following of practitioners and believers of the ho’oponopono technique. Beginning with the book Zero Limits, Dr. Hew Len introduced a new idea into the teachings and practices of ho’oponopono. The idea is the possibility or goal of reaching a ‘state of zero.

This is a state of being in which an individual has become free from the past and former identity. It is based on the principle of 100% responsibility. 100% responsibility is not just taking responsibility for our own actions, but for everything that we experience, including all the events and moods in our life. In order to accomplish this, Dr. Len teaches we must send petitions to the Divine to clear or clean away our memories of past bad experiences. Part of this clearing is the use of the Ho’oponopono mantra, “I love you, I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you.”

The healing movement of Dr. Hew Len is just that: a healing movement for anyone seeking relief from past memories, self-incrimination and blame. Learning ho’oponopono through Dr. Len’s teaching can help you to find your own release from negativity and allow more happiness. SoulTranSync makes the benefits of Ho’oponopono stick.
