Ho’oponopono: 100% Responsibility
Ho’oponopono teaches that taking 100% responsibility for everything you see, feel, and experience is the only way to live a miraculous life. Everything we see and experience is nothing more than the projection of our individual and collective memories. Dr. Hew Len believes the miracle that occurred in the Hawaiian hospital, where virtually all the patients were cured, was nothing more than the cleaning and cleaning of the memories within himself that were demonstrating in the hospital.
THE HO’OPONOPONO CLEANING
Once the mind goes into the meditative state of emptiness and peacefulness that Ho’oponopono provokes and creates, Divinity comes through with inspiration. And as the inspiration comes in, the canceling / transmutation of memories takes place, a healing which only The Divine can enact. The Ho’oponopono cleaning is profound because in its practice we are dealing directly with The Divine, and The Divine can do its job perfectly.
This is the big awareness that changed my own life. Nothing exists except as projections from inside me. The problem isn’t with anything or anybody in the world, it’s within me, and to change any effect, I have to change myself, or at least my resistant beliefs about the world.
BLAMING OTHERS VS TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY
I know this is a tough concept to grasp, let alone to accept or actually live by. Blaming others is far easier than total responsibility. But I began to realize that Ho’oponopono means loving myself, and that if I want to improve my life, I have to heal my mind first. If I want to cure anyone, I have to heal the perceptions and projections I hold throughout my own consciousness.
I am now a faithful student of this miraculous practice. I use the Ho’oponopono throughout my day to let go of any resistances I experience, and then open my consciousness to divine flow. I clean and release mind-activity, forgiving misalignments and continually accepting “what is.” I practice this process of cleaning and clearing to attain the circumstances that are perfect and right for me. I don’t know what that is. Only The Divine knows. What are some of your thoughts on Ho’oponopono?
